These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and booking communications of Inner Visions LLC, doing business as Inner Visions Tattoo (“Inner Visions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review these terms before using our website or enrolling in our text messaging program.
1. Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry and to use our website lawfully. Do not submit harmful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website’s operation.
Website information is provided for general guidance. Artist availability, project acceptance, pricing, and appointment details require confirmation by our team.
2. Inquiries, Consultations, and Appointments
Submitting a form or exchanging emails or texts does not reserve an appointment. Tattoo appointments require confirmation by our team and payment of the required deposit.
Tattoo clients must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued photo identification before receiving services.
All cover-ups require artist review, regardless of the artist selected, and usually require a consultation to discuss options. Large projects, including sleeves, may require multiple sessions scheduled over time. Your artist determines the recommended approach, estimated session count, and pricing after reviewing your project.
Appointments depend on artist availability. If you are visiting Las Vegas on specific dates, let us know so we can check availability before confirming arrangements.
3. Deposits and Booking Policies
Tattoo deposits are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law, and are credited toward your tattoo under the arrangement confirmed at booking. Deposit amounts and how they apply to multiple sessions will be explained before payment.
Please contact us promptly if you need to change an appointment or significantly change your design. Rescheduling and design changes are subject to the policies provided at booking and review by our team. This website does not replace your appointment-specific booking terms or tattoo consent forms.
4. Inner Visions Tattoo Text Messaging Program
Program Description
When you opt in, Inner Visions Tattoo may send SMS or MMS messages about your tattoo inquiry, requested information, reference images, consultation coordination, booking progress, deposit instructions, appointment confirmations or changes, and alerts that we have replied by email. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
This consent covers the service communications described above. It does not enroll you in unrelated promotional campaigns. Any separate marketing program will request its own consent

Consent and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. SMS enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting an inquiry, or booking an appointment. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in recurring texts.
If you initiate a text conversation, we may respond to that inquiry. Initiating a conversation does not automatically enroll you in unrelated recurring or marketing messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, replies, and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. After that, we will stop program texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below to request that texts stop.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment. Contact the shop directly for appointment changes. You can continue communicating with us by email or phone.

Delivery and Number Changes
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not monitored continuously. Contact the shop directly about urgent appointment matters.
Please tell us if your number changes or you no longer control it so we can update our records.
5. Privacy and Mobile Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and operate our communications program. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that help deliver or administer the messaging program on our behalf.
6. Submitted Images and Website Content
By submitting reference images or other materials, you confirm that you have permission to share them for project review. You authorize our booking team and relevant artists to review them to discuss and plan your tattoo. Submission alone does not authorize us to use your images in advertising.
Website photographs, artwork, logos, and other content belong to Inner Visions Tattoo or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission from the rights holder.
7. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Changes do not authorize new categories of text messages beyond the consent you provided. We will obtain additional consent when required.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
